To help get you back in the pool our resident coach extraordinaire and Member Services Manager Zac Franich has created a pool programme to get you to motived.
If you prefer to get out for a run we have a list of some awesome running spots. Make sure you hashtag #rescueready and tag us and your club in your training to so we can see who is getting rescue ready.
SWIM FITNESS:
BEGINNER SWIM SET – 2000M |
Warm Up: 3x (50m Free|50m Backstroke|25m Kick|25m Free). In your own time, just warming up. Main Set 1: 3x(25m/50m/100m/ 50m/25m FAST)- 1:00 recovery on all 100m Easy Swim Main Set 2: 6x 100m consistent pace, DON’T STOP SWIMMING! 30 seconds rest between all. Warm Down: 100m Easy
