SLSNR Board Appointments
Surf Life Saving Northern Region (SLSNR) is now looking for appropriate candidates to join it’s Board, with the successful candidate confirmed by the SLSNR membership at its AGM.
The SLSNR Board welcomes any interested candidates to engage with the process. Please refer to the below documents:

Please see below for key timings:
- Friday 28 August 2026 – Applications Open
- Sunday 27 September 2026 – Applications Close
- Tuesday 27 October 2026 – Recommendations presented to the NR Membership
- Thursday 26 November – SLSNR AGM, 6pm, Auckland Marine Rescue Centre & Online
All applications are to be sent to the SLSNR General Manager Zac Franich (zac.franich@surflifesaving.org.nz), who will pass applications to the Board Appointments Panel for consideration.

The SLSNR Board are also seeking expressions of interest for members to join the Board Appointments Panel alongside NR and Panel Chair Michael Barker.
