Hello
Join us this January for a fun, engaging, and water-smart holiday programme. Children will learn essential water safety skills, understand what surf lifeguards do, learn how to recognise rips, know how to get help at the beach, and build confidence in and around the ocean. Our programme is inclusive of all ages and abilities.

Hello
Frequently Asked Questions
Do parents/caregivers need to stay?
Yes. Parents must remain on the beach for the duration of the programme. We actively welcome and encourage parent participation—especially during water activities. A minimum of eight parent helpers are required per session to support the water component.
Can I book children of different ages into the same session?
Sessions are structured by age to ensure safety and appropriate learning experiences. However, if children are close to the age cut-off, please contact us to discuss possible options.
Does my child need to be able to swim?
No. Confidence in the water is more important than swimming ability. Activities are adapted to suit each child’s comfort level and capability. Even children who start off hesitant often build confidence and enjoyment in the water throughout the week.
Can older children (12–13 years) join?
Yes. Older participants are welcome to join the programme. Activities will be tailored to suit their age group, ability, and experience level.
